Ascendia Partners Successfully Hosts "Empowering Enterprises" Seminar in Shanghai

November 7, 2025, Shanghai – Ascendia Partners, together with Ningbo Bank, Xujiahui Subdistrict Office, and Deheheng Law Firm, successfully hosted the "Empowering Enterprises" seminar in Shanghai's Xuhui District. The event focused on sharing listing requirements and business environment insights across five markets: Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia.

Singapore Managing Partner Ms. Lyn Tan detailed Singapore's strategic advantages as an international headquarters, including its multicultural society, safe environment, prosperous economy, and livable qualities, emphasizing its role as an ideal springboard for enterprises expanding into Southeast Asia.

Thailand Managing Partner Mr. Ace Lu analyzed Thailand's labor cost advantages in manufacturing (ordinary workers earning approximately $350-450 per month) and introduced BOI policies facilitating foreign talent recruitment, providing pathways for enterprises to address workforce challenges.

The Indonesia representative systematically explained foreign investment access regulations, limited liability company establishment requirements, and industrial park infrastructure, drawing on Indonesia's legal framework.

Vietnam Managing Partner Ms. Elena Nguyen shared Vietnam's investment environment and full-process FDI services, from investment registration certificate application to operational compliance.

Managing Director Mr. King Lee introduced the listing requirements of Malaysia's Main Market, ACE Market, and LEAP Market, with particular emphasis on the Main Market's core conditions: net profit of no less than RM20 million over the past three years, no less than RM6 million in the most recent year, and market capitalization of no less than RM500 million upon listing.

A representative from Ningbo Bank shared insights on structural planning, intellectual property protection, and cross-border financial support in the process of enterprises going global, providing multi-dimensional practical references for attending companies. The on-site discussions were lively, and enterprises responded positively.

The event expressed gratitude to Ningbo Bank for venue support, as well as to Xujiahui Subdistrict Office and Deheheng Law Firm for their strong support. Ascendia Partners will continue to work with all partners to build a commercial bridge between China and Southeast Asia, helping enterprises seize regional development opportunities.
