Mr. King Lee has over 25 years of experience in cross-border tax compliance, cross-border structuring and overseas IPO advisory. He specializes in compliance frameworks, listing procedures and cross-border financing solutions, with a deep understanding of corporate operational pain points and strategic needs, providing practical and feasible one-stop solutions. He founded Visionwide Consultancy in Hong Kong in 2013 and co-founded Ascendia Partners with Asia-Pacific experts in 2025. He previously worked at Grant Thornton Malaysia and KPMG Hong Kong, and served as CFO of several private enterprises leading Hong Kong IPOs. Currently, he is Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Yefeng Group (1695.HK). He also held the same positions in three Hong Kong GEM-listed companies, with profound capital market and corporate governance expertise.
