Ms. Lyn Tan has over 20 years of experience in audit compliance, cross-border tax structuring and corporate investment planning. She specializes in financial accounting, financial statement audit and IPO regulatory enquiries, with in-depth mastery of Singapore’s accounting and auditing standards. She formerly worked as an auditor at PwC and Deloitte, a review officer at ACRA Singapore and head of research at ISCA. She has served more than 300 Chinese overseas enterprises and is currently a founding partner of Ascendia Group Singapore.
